We kindly ask you to observe the following hotel regulations:Check-in time
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Requests will be handled on an individual basis and will depend upon the hotel availability. Although our team is on site 24 hours a day, we would appreciate your advising us if you expect to arrive after 6 pm.Check out time
Check-out time is 12 p.m. if you request a late check-out an extension charge may apply. We would be happy to store your belongings in the valet room if you so require on the day of departure, at no charge.Cancellation policy
As we do not require a credit card to guarantee your reservation, it would be greatly appreciated if you notify us should any changes to your travel itinerary occur.Children
We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. There is additional room charge of 10 BGN/ 5 € for children under the age of 12 when using an extra bed in their parents` accommodation room.
Guarantee policy
Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00 p.m. on expected arrival date unless prior notice and/ or arrangements have been made with the Management.An advanced payment is required to confirm or guarantee a reservation during high season and exhibition periods of International Fair – Plovdiv.
Guaranteed reservation – our commitment guarantee
Feel confident that your guaranteed reservation will be honoured. However, in the event you should arrive and your reserved room has not been vacated by previous guest, Family Hotel Expo will arrange accommodation for you at another hotel at your expense. We will also provide you with a long distance phone call, so you can notify a contact of these changes. -
Our rules
We kindly ask you to observe the following hotel regulations:- Upon leaving the room, close all windows, lock the door and leave the key to the administration on duty.
- Do not use electric appliances in the room. If you need to iron, call the reception.
- Taking out hotel property (towels, blankets, sheets, etc.) is not allowed.
- It is desirable to meet your guests in the hotel lobby.
- Do not make noise, particularly, between 2 and 4 p.m. and after 11 p.m.
- At chek-out you should leave the room before 12 a.m. and let the administration know about your departure.
- In case of hotel property damage or loss through the visitor’s fault, the later is to pay for the losses at market price.
- Failure to comply with our strict Non-Smoking policy will be subject to a 26 EUR fee.
